Set out in date order the history of your marriage:

All your complaints against your Husband/Wife which have led to your separation/divorce.
Give details of all specific incidents with their dates as far as you can remember.
State when problems began and how they have persisted.
State nature of problems i.e. your partner's adultery, behaviour, violence, desertion - and give details of any witnesses.
Specify periods of separation, length of separation and date of final separation with details of periods of reconciliation and cohabitation.
If you are still living together explain the living arrangements. Are you still sharing rooms, domestic tasks and financial arrangements?
